WHAT DOES CADILLAC'S MANUFACTURER WARRANTY COVER?

Standard Cadillac Coverage

Every new Cadillac vehicle comes standard with 4 years or 80,000 km (whichever comes first) Premium Maintenance and New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage. The Premium Maintenance plan helps drivers cover necessary service costs incurred during the 4 year/80,000 km span for basic things like air filter replacements, tire rotations, oil changes, and general inspections. The New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage comes with the following:

  • Cost of repairs for any vehicle defect. Does not including slight noise, vibration, or other aspects of the vehicle that are considered normal.
  • No charge for repairs, replacement parts, labour costs, or towing as a result of issues covered by warranty.
  • In the event that your Cadillac vehicle requires towing as a result of an issue or defect that is covered by the warranty, it will be taken to the closest Cadillac dealership service centre.
  • The warranty period starts once the vehicle is delivered to the owner and ends when it reaches the prescribed distance (km) or time (years) of the warranty period, whichever comes first.

You will receive reasonable reimbursement of any food, hotel accommodation, and alternate transportation costs you incur while your Cadillac is being repaired.

The driver will be required to provide the original receipts and a copy of the repair order. Once authorization has been given, your advisor will help you make necessary arrangements and explain how to claim for trip interruption expense assistance.
