I had a problem with the front bearings on my van. I brought it into Applewood without an appointment on a Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m., not expecting that the job would be completed that day . I had a complimentary breakfast and a coffee while waiting, and by 10:30 a.m. my van was repaired. My key fob was also repaired, something that I didn't expect. I wish to express my thanks for a job extremely well done. This is a deciding factor in choosing where to purchase my next vehicle.

I want to thank John Lima and the entire service staff for their outstanding service and care. Recently my Saturn became disabled and was towed to Applewood late in the evening. John met me first thing the next morning and assured me he would do everything he could to get me back to my family in NY. Whenever I called John he always got back to me in 10 minutes. He and the service team were able to diagnose and repair my car that same day. I want John and the service team to know that they do more than just fix cars, they help people in need.

It was a pleasure speaking with your Sales Manager Terry Johnson today as he is always very professional. I was just as pleased with the service at Applewood today. From the first time I booked my appointment with Elaine Poremba, to being greeted by Karen Groschel and Yvette Ivezic, to being looked after by my advisor Julie Weir in service, my experience only got better. I was most impressed when Julie came up to me and explained that my truck needed synthetic oil and the cost would not be the same as a regular oil change. Most dealerships would have gone ahead and put the synthetic oil in without asking. I cannot say enough about the fact that Applewood really understands customer service. Just wanted to say that we had excellent service today. We blew a tire on the way home from a vacation. Our first stop was Canadian Tire, as it was the closest repair shop. We received horrible service from the staff and they held our car for 45 minutes after telling us there was nothing they could do because they didn't have the right tire in stock. We were now extremely frustrated and typed in 'Cadillac' in the GPS and Applewood was the closest option. We called and spoke to Adrian Smith, who calmed my fiancé and told us we would be served as soon as we came in. We arrived and were greeted by Yvette Ivezic, the most chipper person we had ever met. The service here blew our minds. Not only were we given juice, but lunch as well. The hospitality we received was appreciated beyond belief after our previous encounter. In the end we just wanted to give them both a warm thank you. We are now going to look at a new car. Thanks again.

I would like to commend my service advisor Adrian Smith for his exemplary service. He went above and beyond this morning to ensure my stay was productive, and quite frankly the best and speediest service I've ever encountered. I showed up at 7:00 am and the techs start at 8:00 am. The part was stick-on piece. Adrian immediately obtained the part and placed the part on the vehicle in order that I wouldn't have to wait until 8:00 am. This is what service is all about, going the extra mile.
