I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX SUV from your dealership. I was assisted by your Sales Representative, Mr. Payam Kachooey.

I take this opportunity to convey my appreciation to you for the outstanding service I received from Payam. During my 20 years of residence in Ontario, I have purchased over 8 vehicles. I have never experienced the quality of service that he provided. Given my attention to detail and analysis, many questions had to be addressed in order to make the purchase.  Payam was excellent at providing me with the necessary details and followup responses to all my questions. Additionally, at time of delivery, notwithstanding the very cold temperature, Payam explained all of the features of the car in considerable detail. He took pride in his work and showed a sense of ownership of the vehicle. I highly appreciate this.

Unless price is a barrier, my next purchase of a GM car will be at your dealership.
