I just had my Cadillac CTS serviced at Applewood by Zeljko Bijelic. The vehicle was not working at all this morning. Zeljko sent someone out with a power pack to boost it and I brought it into the shop. Sure enough it needed a new battery. I also got an oil change and regular service while it was already in. In total, I was in and out in approximately an hour and a half. Excellent service!!! Thank You!!

"Worth The Drive"
I purchased my first car from Rick Viola in 2011. He was very helpful, and great to deal with. When searching just lastweek, I decided to stop in and see Rick, even though I moved out of town. Rick remembered me, which in most cases I'd say is just a "salesey" thing to do, but I've always felt that Rick was genuine, and really cared that I was happy at the end of the day. He worked hard for me, gave me a deal we were both happy with, and was very accommodating to my schedule and strict delivery time line. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a GM product.

"Best Car Purchase & After Sales Experience Of My Life"
My husband and I recently purchased a used Cadillac SRX from Applewood and it was the best car purchase process that I have ever been a part of! There was no pressure and the negotiation process was short and stress free. We stated we were notinterested in any "after sale" pitches and so we didn't get any. Alice Nielsen was a pleasure to deal with. I called yesterday because we got a nail in one tire and she arranged for us to come in today. The tire was repaired at no cost and we got a great free breakfast as well. Alice had the day off today but her co-workers, Garry and Yvette, made us very welcomed. I was very nervous about buying my first car. But Alice Nielsen fixed that all for me! I went in thinking I only wanted a specific car. Then Alice showed me many options that suited my taste and price range. She was incredibly friendly and showed me cars that were way under my price range. "I Appreciate the No-Pressure, Easy Going Approach"
This is my 6th Chev vehicle. I truly had no intention of renewing with Applewood. I personally did not have a great experience with the service department for my 2010 Equinox. There was a pinging noise that lasted for the first two years and I was told to use premium gas and or turn up the radio. When I went into Applewood on February 28, I was introduced to Rick Viola. I explained to him that I was not happy with Applewood and that I would be buying out the lease. My husband had recently switched dealerships and purchased a BMW trading in his car that he had purchased from Applewood. Rick assured me that he would get the papers ready and did not get defensive when I shared my complaints about Applewood but instead listened and seemed to really care. He also presented some options that he said I may want to consider but told me to take the weekend to decide even though my lease had expired on the 28th. On Monday I phoned him and went into discuss "the other options". Well let's just say he presented such a good package that I am now driving a 2014 equinox . So far I love it. I really appreciated Rick's non pressure ,easy going approach and honesty.

"Your people mean much more than the brand"
After buying from Hawley for over 25 years we have now purchased a 2011 Terrain and 2014 Silverado from Applewood.In both incidences I have been more than satisfied with the buying experience.When I met with Jeff on the December 30th and identified the specifications I wanted in a new Silverado; Jeff immediately indicated he would order a vehicle to meet my wishes and did not attempt to sell me something already in dealership stock. He and Vince also advised that if there were any favourable adjustments in pricing or interest rates when the new truck came in I would receive them.Jeff followed up immediately when I called and asked for the paint code for a hard toneau cover I ordered through Cobra and called a couple of time to report on a potential delivery date. He also called during the Toronto Auto Show to ensure I attended and registered for the "Exclusive Autoshow $500.00 promotion.On delivery he helped us setup our phones for bluetooth operation and navigate through the various menus.Though we have obviously been a GM customers for a long time that loyalty is premissed more on the dealership and the support we have received from the people in it than a brand name.The transfer of our vehicle records from Hawley to Applewood and your immediate follow up were very important to us. At Hawley we always dealt with one service writer and were always confident that our service needs would be handled in an optimum manner. We are pleased to report that we now have that same confidence in Adrian Smith. In a nut shell, for my wife and I, the people in a dealership mean much more than the brand name. Thus it is Jeff and Adrian who have made us very satisfied Applewood customers. Though we do not trade vehicle that frequently we will certainly look to buy from Jeff again. Finally we would be remiss if we did not comment on the exceptional courtesy and efforts to assist witnessed by all the staff in reception, the customer's lounge, the cash office and throughout the dealership.

Just a note of appreciation to your parts department for helping us find an obsolete Saturn part after 3 weeks of searching by us. Our normal dealership is Axxxxxx, and so Applewood really had no reason to go out of their way for us. "Could Not Have Been Treated Any Better"

When I arrived for service, the waiting room was full and I asked the young pretty greeter if there was somewhere quiet I could make a couple of calls. When I initially contacted Applewood through the internet, I asked for some information and was immediately responded to by Lilly Patell, who suggested I visit. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of being a customer at Applewood. I can't find adequate words to tell you how pleased I am with your customer service, it truly is second to none. My car broke down yesterday so I had it brought to your service centre on a flatbed truck. My service advisor, Marco Banducci called when it arrived and kept me updated on the status and continued that great service today. I just picked up my car and my bill was LESS than quoted again. I will tell everyone I know that when it comes to car service, Applewood Service is the best. Diana Suski in the cash office is wonderful also. Each time I have gone to pay my bill, she greets me with a smile and offers that extra service to make you feel better.

For many years, John has been helping me to keep my 1993 Cutlass Supreme SL on the road. Last year, I decided to replace the engine, it was discovered that the engine block had cracked. That was a shock. My advisor John Lima found a way to replace the replacement engine at a lower price than expected. It was very helpful to me. "Applewood Operates Like Family"
On December 24, my husband and I were considering purchasing a vehicle. We called around to different local dealerships. When we got to Applewood, we had the pleasure of speaking with your sales professional Tony Carvalho. He provided us with a very reasonable price for the Chevrolet Cruze we were interested in. Since it was Christmas eve and your dealership was
closing early, we asked Tony if the price would still be the same after the holiday and he assured us it would be. Bright and early Thursday morning, we arrived at Applewood and Tony was there to greet us and had the car ready for us to see. After a brief comfortable conversation, we came to an agreement with Tony keeping is promises. We then went to see the business manager Vince Paradiso and appreciated his calm and assuring manner. Much to our surprise we were also told we could pick up the vehicle the next day which has never happened to us in the past. That evening we received a call from Jacqueline Stewart to confirm that our delivery was booked and we could come pick up the vehicle at the appointed time. We arrived Friday morning and met with Maxine Nowlan who greeted us in a warm manner and the business aspect of the meeting was wrapped up with expertise. We were even treated to a complimentary sandwich and cookies. It was obvious that you have hired the 'right' people and you get the 'right' results. Your company operates like 'family'. A deal is a deal, your word is solid. Kudos to you and your staff. We don't normally return to the dealership for oil changes etc., but it will be a pleasure to return to Applewood. We would highly recommend your place of business to any of our friends. By the way, we took our Cruze for a road trip and were thrilled with it's performance.

Our GMC Acadia broke down and was towed to Applewood, 2 days after the stress of moving. We spoke to Zeljko Bijelic who was polite, courteous and had a really positive 'can do' attitude which was exemplary. We have 4 children and this car episode could have been a total disaster for us, but he turned an extremely stressful situation into a manageable one, filling us with confidence and keeping us informed every step of the way. It was per chance that our car was towed to Applewood, but I can assure you with this level of customer service, we shall use you on every occasion moving forward, plus I shall tell the 'British' community here of which we are a part.Even when I returned the hire car with my 5 year old twins in searing heat, your receptionist kept them occupied whilst a delightful young man helped me to move car seats between vehicles.

"Once Again, Many Thanks to the Applewood Staff"
My wife and I were involved in a serious accident with our 2005 GMC when a Honda Civic ran a red light. Fortunately no one experienced injuries, a tribute to our 2500HD truck. We asked to be towed to Applewood where I always have our vehicles serviced. Despite the tow truck driver refusing to leave until he was paid cash, Applewood staff stepped in and resolved the matter. Staff also arranged for a truck rental and then worked with the insurance adjustor to have my truck repaired. I was given an estimate of 16 days and the truck was returned in 15 days in showroom condition. I was kept up to date during the whole process and a traumatic experience was minimized for my wife and I. Once again, many thanks to the Applewood staff and Phil, John, Paolo and Jose who went beyond the call of duty to provide exceptional service.

"Caring and Wonderful Service"
Just before Christmas my husband and I bought a 2012 Cruze. We were actually at Applewood to service our 2001 Cavalier and were looking around to pass time while we waited. A few days later when we went to pick it up, we had the first snowfall of the season. Having never driven that particular car, it being dark and slippery outside, we were more than apprehensive about driving it home for the first time. Our salesperson Patrik Lacasse solved that problem by offering to drive us home in our new car. I would like to commend your staff at Applewood. I had to struggle to get my daughter to leave the waiting area. They provided a free breakfast, washed my car & offered to install my new mats. I didn't even have to ask! I wish to express my thanks for a job extremely well done. This is a deciding factor in choosing where to purchase my next vehicle.

"Outstanding Service and Care"
I want to thank John Lima and the entire service staff for their outstanding service and care. Recently my Saturn became disabled and was towed to Applewood late in the evening. John met me first thing the next morning and assured me he would do everything he could to get me back to my family in NY. Whenever I called John he always got back to me in 10 minutes. He and the service team were able to diagnose and repair my car that same day. I want John and the service team to know that they do more than just fix cars, they help people in need.

From the first time I booked my appointment with Elaine Poremba, to being greeted by Karen Groschel and Yvette Ivezic, to being looked after by my advisor Julie Weir in service, my experience only got better. I was most impressed when Julie came up to me and explained that my truck needed synthetic oil and the cost would not be the same as a regular oil change. When I came into Applewood for service, Marco Banducci, my advisor was telling me what needed to be done on my car. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed because of the rough day I was having. Just wanted to say that we had excellent service today. We blew a tire on the way home from a vacation. Our first stop was Canadian Tire, as it was the closest repair shop. We received horrible service from the staff and they held our car for 45 minutes after telling us there was nothing they could do because they didn't have the right tire in stock. We were now extremely frustrated and typed in 'Cadillac' in the GPS and Applewood was the closest option.
